Hi! I had never listened that word before. But many times I had thought about the consequences of spending most of the time you are with your friends or your partner looking at your mobile. Parents usually claim a lot when teens are doing it. They avoid eye contact with us. However, we behave in the same way. Mobile phone is addicted and we have to set some limits. Por exemple, when having lunch or meeting with friends to have a drink, mobile should be prohibited. Everything can be postponed. So we would be a very good example with our children. Adding to this, I want to suggest how easy texting your feelings by phone is. We are loosing our skils to do it personally.
